Although colon cleansers can help us to detoxify our colon, intestine and our body, there’s a way I discovered that could help anyone to increase the effectiveness of it. It means you get to cleanse out more toxins and waste materials, and it will result in further improvement of your skin, energy level and lose more weight.

Before I start using a colon cleansing diet, I tried out ‘the fruit meal’ for one whole day. Although it is not easy to hold myself from eating delicious pizza and just eat fruits, I successfully ‘survived’ the whole day. The results are awesome! A good colon cleansing diet should have fiber as the main ingredient. Fiber is insoluble to the human’s digestive system. Since the body is not able to digest it, it works great as a brush in our body. The ‘brush’ is able to cleanse our colon and intestines and remove toxins and other waste materials from our body. These toxins are really harmful because it causes lots of disease indirectly. Obesity, allergies, fatigue, joint pains are caused by these toxins too.

Fruits, vegetables and whole bran foods are good source of fiber. It doesn’t have to be only salad or fruit. It is important to have these food cooked minimally because too much heat will destroy the ‘brush’ action of the fiber. Fiber will be soften and become very soluble. Another important note is to drink more water. It is recommended to drink more than 8 litres of water daily. While fiber is responsible to collect toxins, water is responsible to ‘flush’ it out of our body.

Colon cleansing diet could really help your body in cleansing and detoxification. I recommend everyone to do it before taking colon cleansers. I choose to use fruit because it is really easy and doesn’t require cooking. Fruits are healthy fast food to me. Hope you have a great experience in cleansing your body.
